It’s looking bright for the future of Moneygram (MGI), today comes with a new appointment of a Chief Operating Officer Kamila Chytil. The release goes onto say that Chytil has played an integral role leading Moneygram’s digital services, driving operational efficiencies and upgrading it’s IT infrastructure along with enhanced cyber security.
Moneygram appoints new COO
Kamila Chytil was responsible for launching the Moneygram’s digital products across the globe which is now used by over 10 million people internationally. In her new role as the chief operating officer, Chytil will keep her current duties but it will be expanded to include global marketing and digital revenue. Chytil also lead Key Partnerships and Payments with efforts to build and grow Moneygram’s relationships with large partners.
Metropolitan Commercial Bank Partners With MoneyGram
Today at the time of writing, Metropolitan Commercial Bank, a global provider of innovative money transfer services also known as The Entrepreneurial Bank has announced a partnership with Moneygram to launch a new debit card deposit service specifically designed to simplify deposit, withdrawal and exchange services for customers of Moneygram and the Metropolitan Commercial Bank.
The person to person transfer service will allow U.S. customers to send money domestically through Moneygram app or website to other U.S. recipients’ eligible debit card. The service also allows customers to transfer funds to a bank account linked to the debit card at any time including weekends and holidays.
